Coworks to sponsor Fundamentals of Flex at GCUC 2022
Next week, the Coworks team will travel from North Carolina to Seattle to take part in the GCUC conference. And we could not be more excited.
Conferences are always exciting because it gives us a chance to have face to face time with a community we don't often see in person. We work with coworking spaces all over the country — and the world, in fact — but to meet and have real conversations and make those connections is a fantastic opportunity.
And it could not be a more exciting time for the coworking and flex space industry. The conversations around flex, hybrid, and remote work are changing in a fast and furious way. The stats keep shifting, but the through line is consistent: people want remote options. They want flexibility. And coworking operators are creating unique and exciting business models to meet the demand.
The Fundamentals of Flex track was a perfect fit for us. We'd recently been named The Best Coworking Software for New Businesses by Coworking Resources. And the GCUC event organizers have put together an impressive lineup of experts andgcuc speakers from the coworking, hospitality, and commercial real estate industry.
- Building and Marketing your Brand by Garrett Tichy, the Founder of Hygge
- Storytelling is Your Superpower: Using Stories to Differentiate Your Brand with Cat Johnson
- Real Estate and Financing with Giovanni Palavicini, Principal at Avison Young
- Space Design in 2022 by Mara Hauser, the Founder & CEO of 25N Coworking
- Hospitality and Community Building with Clark Rinehart, Founder of Coworking NC
Among so many others.
These speakers are bringing their best knowledge to this track to help people who are relatively new to the coworking industry be successful.
Of course we will have a booth and if you are attending in person, please come find us. We can't wait to meet you in person. Looking forward to it!
