To encourage them to return, you need to be clear about what policies you have in place to protect them. This can include having policies about wearing masks or social distancing. Prove to your coworkers that you are making their safety a priority. On the other hand, you may encounter people who don’t want to comply. You need to be very clear about what your policies are and how you are going to enforce them. As you reopen your business, you should remember the importance of being flexible. No matter how much planning you do, plans are subject to change. While reopening, you might notice certain behaviors. You need to do your best to adjust to these behaviors. Doing so will help you better serve your customers and your employees.
